During the sports-themed escape room, students faced a series of physical and problem-solving challenges. The activities required students to correctly perform a forearm pass (bagher) at the volleyball station, accurately kick a ball at the soccer station, maintain balance on a gymnastics beam, and perform a forward roll followed by a front flip with a jump from the springboard. There were also stations dedicated to baseball and American football, as well as a basketball station where the goal was to score as many free throws as possible. At the end of the activity, students took part in a quiz focused on the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and the Milan–Cortina 2026 Olympic Games, testing their sports knowledge and ability to think under time pressure.Students worked in small teams, combining physical coordination, logic, and group strategy to complete each task and move through the course. The dynamic setting encouraged them to stay focused, support one another, and adapt to unexpected situations. By mixing sport-based movement, friendly competition, and cooperative thinking, the activity offered an engaging and inclusive way to test both physical and interpersonal skills.

The activity helped students build confidence, persistence, and a stronger sense of determination. Through teamwork and shared effort, they learned to stay positive in the face of difficulty, solve problems together, and celebrate group success. The experience also supported key elements of the EC skill by creating a playful but challenging space where risk-taking, motivation, and perseverance were essential to progress. The Olympic value Determination was clearly expressed in the way students approached the tasks, pushed their limits, and worked as a team to reach their goals.
