Aims and skills targeted The participation of secondary school students in the HEALTH FESTIVAL  (October 4, 2025) was structured around clear civic, therapeutic, and educational benchmarks.

Civic Responsibility and Ownership: To actively engage participants in the care and upkeep of public spaces prior to a major community event. Holistic Well-being Promotion: To explore the concept of  well-being across multiple dimensions—physical, emotional, environmental, and nutritional.

Targeted Skills Social Awareness: Developing a deeper understanding of community health structures (like the local Casa di Comunità and PUA). Environmental Citizenship: Practicing active stewardship of public parks and urban spaces.Adaptive Collaboration: Learning to interact naturally and productively with diverse community groups in public, non-academic settings.

Desscription: The initiative spanned two distinct phases: an initial civic preparation phase and a full-day deployment across the city of Casalmaggiore during the festival hours (10:00 – 18:00).

·  Morning: Institutional & Emotional Awareness (10:00 – 13:00) The day commenced at Parco Lido Po with official greetings from local authorities, followed by the "SPAZIO BLA BLA" expert panels. The group participated in the "PENSIERI LEGGERI" debate, focusing on the multi-faceted nature of emotional well-being. Concurrently, a contingent visited the Fondazione Santa Chiara to attend the presentation of Casalmaggiore's local health infrastructure, including the Single Access Point (PUA) and the Casa di Comunità.

·  Afternoon: Physical Activity and Adapted Movement (15:00 – 17:00) The group divided its focus between two major hubs to experience different forms of physical health:

Parco Italia: Participants engaged in the "In movimento per il benessere" stream, practicing floor Pilates and PancaFit to focus on posture, breathing, and physical alignment.

Società Canottieri Eridanea: Participants moved to the banks of the Po River to observe the Regata da Guardare e Scoprire, gaining exposure to river sports like canoeing and rowing as viable avenues for future physical recreation.

·  Evening: Nutrition and Social Connection (17:00 – 18:00) The project culminated at the EcoOstello for a final socialization block. Participants enjoyed live music and partook in the "Aperitivo sano per tutti" (Healthy Aperitif), exploring how nutrition and balanced eating directly contribute to daily well-being.
