At the end of the Erasmus week, students took part in a yoga session led by a certified instructor in the school gym. The activity was designed as a moment of pause and reflection after an intense week of learning, interaction, and shared experiences. The session focused on breathing techniques and gentle body extension, helping students relax, release tension, and regain a sense of calm and balance. Through guided exercises, students were introduced to the basic principles of yoga and learned how to control and synchronise their breathing to improve concentration and physical awareness. In the final part of the session, the instructor led students through a sound bath using a Tibetan singing bowl, creating an atmosphere of deep relaxation and mindfulness that allowed students to fully unwind and reconnect with themselves.

The activity supported students’ wellbeing by promoting relaxation, body awareness, and emotional regulation. Students experienced the benefits of mindful breathing and movement, gaining practical tools to manage stress and improve focus. The shared experience encouraged active participation and engagement, strengthening group cohesion and contributing to a positive and balanced conclusion of the Erasmus week, in line with CAEC objectives and the Olympic value of Engage.
