From 25° November to 12° December the exhibition «What were you wearing» was displayed in the school hall in occasione of the international day for the elimination of violence against women.

The installationinspired by the amerincan one (the original) ‘What Were You Wearing?’  explores the topic of sexualviolence, seeks to dismantle one of the most common and harmful stereotypes: clothing can justify violence. Throughthe symbolic display of the clothes worn by the survivors at the time of the attack, the exhibition emphasises how the question What were you wearing?’ deflects attention away from the responsibility of the aggressor, implicitly implyingguilt in the victim. The clothes on display are accompanied by the testimonies of the victims, offering a painful and touching insight into their experiences. This combination of storytelling and everyday objects aims to stir consciencesand promote cultural change.

The students themselves prepared the installation and brought the clothes as described by the victims of the stories. On the inauguration day the students read  and dramatized the stories in front of the audience. Teachers of the school. local authorities, the army Major  and journalists were present.
