Dance is a universal art form that transcends borders, combining physical movement with emotional expression. During the Erasmus+ school mobility, students and teachers participated in an entry-level dance lessons at school. The sessions were led by professional dance instructors who introduced the participants to a variety of traditional Greek dances, basic contemporary movements.

The participants were prepared physically and mentally learning basic dance steps and sequences, practicing in small mixed-nationality groups. The instructors emphasized teamwork, rhythm, and the importance of body awareness, ensuring that everyone felt included and confident, regardless of prior dance experience.

Students built connections and friendships through the shared experience of dance, breaking down language and cultural barriers. They developed rhythm, coordination, and confidence, while also gaining an appreciation for different dance traditions. The lessons encouraged teamwork and self-expression, providing a fun and engaging way to interact with peers from other countries. The event was a great success, leaving students inspired and energized by the beauty of movement and collaboration
