07 mai 2026The “Personal Week Challenge” is a school-based experiential activity that encourages students to become more aware of their everyday habits by engaging in a structured, reflective process over the course of one week. The activity is implemented within the school environment but extends beyond it, as students are asked to observe and influence their own behaviors in real-life contexts, including at home and during their free time.
At the beginning of the challenge, students are provided with a specially designed form which guides them through the process. They are asked to identify two to three personal goals related to their diet, physical activity, and general lifestyle. In addition, they describe specific changes they intend to make, such as improving eating habits, increasing physical movement, or adjusting daily routines. This initial step helps students take ownership of the process and set realistic, personalized targets.
Throughout the week, students follow their individual plans while informally monitoring their progress. They are encouraged to be consistent, make conscious choices, and reflect on their behaviors as they experience the challenge in their daily lives. No strict supervision is imposed, allowing for autonomy and honesty in their engagement.
At the end of the week, students complete the final part of the form by indicating which goals they have achieved and providing a short reflection. They comment on what went well, the difficulties they encountered, how they felt during the process, and what they learned from the experience. The activity concludes with a classroom discussion, where students have the opportunity to share their experiences, exchange ideas, and reflect collectively on their habits and choices.
