SK25 PSLL PARTICIPATION Introduction and Tour of the school

The week began with a welcome at the arrival of the Greek students and teachers to school. Slovak teachers unveiled the programme of the mobility called ‘Joy in Motion’ that awaited the students throughout the week. To mark this opening, Slovak hosts have prepared snack and coffee which created a warm informal atmosphere.

After the welcome, students were divided into four teams composed of students of both  nationalities. Over the whole week, students were going to play an online game called Goose chase, in which they would fulfill various missions connected with the activities of each day while earning points by exploring their surroundings and places they would visit. In the scavenger hunt, they could test their knowledge, get creative, and connect with other people. 

Then, both Greek and Slovak students had their presentations, in which they introduced their schools, home towns and interesting facts about Slovakia and Greece. Students could also test their knowledge in a Kahoot quiz. This was an opportunity to discover the unique characteristics of each country but also to appreciate the common values we share. Later Slovak students showed the Greek guests around the school on the tour of the school where the guests could learn about its presence as well as history.

The students cooperated in activities, presented their schools and discussed different aspects of their school lives.
