In this workshop, students were both getting to know their Greek and Slovak peers and learning about volunteering activities in their regions. Firstly, they got to know each other in several activities (said their names and one boring fact about themselves, formed a line in the alphabetical order, played a game in teams).

Then, they were introduced to volunteering activities in Poprad region by the leaders from the NGO called Culture that Does Not Exist based in Poprad. Students got information about volunteering activities and also practical information about how to join them. After that, they were divided into teams and discussed questions about volunteering in their schools and towns. They also worked on their problem-solving tasks given to them by the lecturer. They had to cooperate in groups and find the best solution to the social problems given.

Finally, they presented their suggestions to the problems and justified their arguments. They identified with their own places of living in Poprad and Athens and discussed volunteering opportunities in each region.

The students joyfully cooperated in getting to know each other and exploring volunteering activities in each region.
