In groups, the students went playing bowling in the local bowling alley. Divided into mixed teams, they participated in a sports activity great for stress relief, social bonding and overall health, offering a fun way to get light exercise, improve coordination, as well as build confidence. They engaged in an activity accessible for all of them regardless of physical ability. 

 

The students could experience both physical health and mental and emotional benefits of playing the game e.g. low-impact workout, improving coordination and balance, stress relief, developing concentration and focus while participating in this great group activity. 

 

The students joyfully cooperated in a team sports activity developing their mental and physical skills.
