SK25 PSLL DETERMINATION Visiting the High Tatras - a democratic enclave
13 mai 2025On Tuesday afternoon we transitioned from the intensity of debate to the serenity of nature with a scenic train ride to the High Tatras. There we embarked on a hike through breathtaking mountain landscapes, tracing a path of a crystal-clear Studenovodske waterfalls and visiting the oldest chalet in the national park, Rainer Chalet.
A highlight of the journey was witnessing a sherpa carrying supplies to a remote country chalets - a striking reminder of resilience and traditions. As the sun set, we found ourselves surrounded by tranquil beauty of Slovakia’s natural wonders, reflecting on a day that balanced intellectual challenge with awe-inspiring exploration of country nature and culture heritage.
The students discovered Slovakia’s most well-known national park as a part of nature and culture heritage of the country. They developed a few key values of the project, e.g. determination, perseverance and body.
