SK24 CAE RECONCILIATION Coaching Training for teachers, part 3

The course went of after a lunch in the school canteen. The highlight of the day was the role-playing segment, where we took turns coaching each other under Tatiana's watchful eye. Teachers were tasked with conducting a coaching session using the Life -Line Method and preparing questions to use in future practice. The emphasis on real-world application is aimed at building the confidence and competence of these aspiring coaches as they prepare to take on their own clients. Using real-life situations we practiced integrating different methodologies in a supported environment. "It was incredibly valuable to get immediate feedback from our coach," one teacher noted. "Tatiana's insights helped course participants refine their approach and better understand how to adapt these techniques based our students needs." Tatiana offered tips on maintaining session flow and adjusting methods based on the client's responses. The session concluded with a set of practical assignments designed to reinforce the day's lessons. The session marked a significant step forward in our journey to becoming effective life coaches. 

The teachers made a big leap in ther coaching practical skills. They practiced all the methods they learnt days before and happily cooperated at all tasks and activities they had been given.
