IT24 PSLL - PERFORMANCE- FAREWELL PARTY AND SCHOOL BAND

To end the mobility week students organised a farewell party. They decided the topic of the evening and organised the food and drinks.  They planned how to set the tables and how to decorate the gym. The school band organised the music together with ths school dj and the school radio staff and played along the evening while all the students danced  They set different corners inside the room: the photo corner, the signature corner the food corner. They also designed attractive invitations to capture the essence of the event and distributed  them to students, parents, and staff members. They Utilised  various communication channels. The party started at 20.00 and finished at 22.30

Results : Organising the  event  was  an opportunity to celebrate the achievements and milestones of all the students involved, fostering a sense of community and creating memories that will last a lifetime. By setting clear objectives, involving students and teachers, choosing appropriate event formats, and carefully planning logistics, a successful and enjoyable event for all was ensured. This kind of  event  was important to nurture  a positive and supportive school culture.
