GR26 - EC - ENGAGE – Evaluation Activities

Our school warmly welcomed our partners from Slovakia, creating a friendly and positive atmosphere from the very beginning. Our students were especially excited to host their friends, as this was a unique opportunity to meet in person and spend time together.

Our students showed great enthusiasm and willingness to communicate, collaborate, and share their daily school life. Through this experience, they aimed to build strong bonds of friendship, exchange ideas, and learn more about each other’s cultures. The welcoming environment helped everyone feel comfortable and included, setting the foundation for meaningful interaction and cooperation throughout the activity.

Students had the chance to reflect on their experiences through presentations and discussions. They shared their feelings about being part of the Erasmus+ team, the friendships they formed, and the most memorable aspects of their visits. Topics of discussion included cultural differences, similarities, the value of European collaborations and the olympic ideals, such as teamwork, respect, and excellence, align with the goals of the program.

Greek students prepared a short presentation about the historical significance of the Olympic Games and the significant historical value of the sightsites they will visit including Acropolis, Mycenes and Nafplio.

All students received certificates of participation.

Students successfully presented their reflections, improving their confidence and public speaking skills. They enhanced their language abilities by communicating with peers from another country and developed a deeper understanding of the Olympic values and their historical origins. The week was a celebration of cultural exchange and teamwork skill development.
