GRCo25 - EC - ENGAGE - Evaluation Activities of the Group
03 oct. 2025During our visit to Monemvasia in the Peloponnese, time was dedicated to evaluating the Erasmus+ project’s progress and planning future actions in a structured and collaborative way. The participating teachers were divided into mixed international groups, ensuring diversity of perspectives and encouraging intercultural exchange. Each group carefully reviewed the activities that had taken place so far, discussing their effectiveness, outcomes, and overall impact on both teachers and students. Particular attention was given to identifying any challenges, shortcomings, or unforeseen difficulties encountered during the implementation of the project.
Through open and constructive dialogue, participants shared experiences from their own educational contexts and compared different approaches used in partner schools. This reflective process allowed each group to propose concrete improvements and practical solutions aimed at enhancing the quality, inclusiveness, and sustainability of future activities. Suggestions focused on better coordination, clearer communication, increased student involvement, and the integration of innovative teaching methods.
The collaborative nature of the activity strengthened teamwork and mutual understanding among the participants. Working together in mixed groups reinforced the core Olympic values of respect, friendship, and excellence, as all voices were heard and valued equally. The session highlighted the importance of continuous evaluation, cooperation, and adaptability in educational projects. By engaging in thoughtful reflection and forward planning, the teachers reaffirmed their shared commitment to improving educational practice and ensuring the long-term success and positive impact of the Erasmus+ partnership.
