Students visited the archaeological site of Epidaurus, focusing on the Asklepieion, where healing practices in antiquity were based on the idea of balance between physical and mental well-being. The discussion centered on how this concept is still relevant in modern life and how it connects to the Olympic principle of holistic development.

The visit continued at the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, one of the greatest architectural achievements of classical Greece. Students observed its perfect acoustics and harmony, discussing how ancient Greek drama contributed to education, self-improvement, and social cohesion—values that align with the Olympic ideals.

As a hands-on activity, some students recited short excerpts from ancient Greek plays to test the acoustic properties of the theater, allowing them to experience its unique construction firsthand. The reflection session focused on how the pursuit of excellence in different fields (sports, arts, science) is a shared human aspiration.

Students developed a greater appreciation for classical heritage and its connection to modern values. Through interactive activities, they enhanced their public speaking and confidence, while also reinforcing the importance of respecting and preserving historical monuments
