GR24 DC - Courage - The courage of Nadia and Simone

Nadia Comaneci and Simone Biles are two athletes with history in sports. Collecting information about their life and sports career noting moments of courage in their personal and sports life.

The students involved in the Respectol project were divided into groups of 2 students during the course of IT. The first group searched the net about Nadia Comaneci and her career. The other group was mainly involved with the life of Simone Biles and her achievements. Both groups worked hard to find cases when the two athletes showed courage not only in their sport career but also in their life.

They searched the internet and They discovered that both athletes are, one of the most iconic gymnasts in history, displayed courage in many ways throughout their career. Although they never competed one another in the field, Olympic heroes Simone and Nadia had a chance to meet and reflect on their achievements at the Laureus Sports Awards in Monaco.

Our students with the help of AI, created an interview between Simone and Nadia. They created a set of questions that they would like to ask both athletes, and they let AI answer them. The results of the interview as well as our findings about their life and their achievements were documented in a presentation
