CAE-DETERMINATION-Our olympic sportsmen and sports rules

Students were divided into two groups. They were discussing what the most famous and most successful olympic sportsmen in Slovakia we have. One group chose Peter Sagan - a cyclist and the other group chose Petra Vlhová - a skier. Next, they were searching information about their daily routines, lifestyles and reason of success. They presented their results with the figurines of the chosen sportsmen and they also filmed a video in which they tried to show what their training routines look like.
Students understood how hard the life of a professional sportsman is and what sacrifices they have to bring to achieve their goals.
