This fun and collaborative workshop, using Creole, French, and English, aims to introduce the values ​​of Olympism through language, games, and cultural exchange. Based on the fundamental values ​​of Excellence, Friendship, and Respect, students develop their language skills, teamwork, and ability to communicate with students from other languages ​​and cultures. Divided into three teams, each named after an Olympic value, participants take part in various activities combining physical activity, critical thinking, and oral expression. The obstacle course allows them to link movement with vocabulary learning: after a physical challenge, students discover words illustrating their value and then share them with their team through mime. This activity promotes cooperation, listening skills, and non-verbal communication while giving meaning to the concepts explored. The second workshop, focused on associating English and French words, encourages linguistic mediation and pair work between French-speaking and English-speaking students. Participants learn to make connections between languages ​​and understand that certain universal values ​​can be expressed in different ways depending on the culture. Finally, the reading of French words by English-speaking students, accompanied by students from La Désirade, promotes mutual support and openness to others. Creole can also be used to enrich the discussions, compare sounds, and showcase the linguistic richness of the region. Through this workshop, students become active participants in their learning. They discover that languages ​​are tools for sharing and that the values ​​of Olympism take on their full meaning when experienced collectively, with respect for differences and a desire to progress together.
