IT26 PSLLC SPORTS-THEMED ESCAPE ROOM

The sports-themed escape room challenged students to complete a series of physical and problem-solving tasks in a structured and engaging setting. Working in small teams, students moved through different stations, each focused on a specific sport and skill.

Activities included performing a correct forearm pass (bagher) in volleyball, accurately kicking a ball at the football station, maintaining balance on a gymnastics beam, and executing a forward roll followed by a jump from the springboard. Additional stations involved baseball, hockey, and basketball, where students aimed to score as many free throws as possible.

The combination of physical challenges and cooperative tasks required students to coordinate their movements, think strategically, and support each other to successfully complete the course. At the end of the activity, students and PE teachers shared a friendly volleyball match, reinforcing the spirit of participation and enjoyment.

The activity enhanced students’ physical coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in an engaging and motivating context. Students demonstrated active participation, adaptability, and mutual support, strengthening both individual confidence and group cohesion. The experience promoted a positive approach to physical activity, highlighting the importance of cooperation, inclusion, and enjoyment in sport.
