The first day of our Erasmus+ partners’ visit began with a warm and heartfelt welcome at our school, setting the tone for a week filled with cooperation, learning, and shared experiences. Teachers from different European countries came together with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to connect, creating an atmosphere of openness and mutual respect from the very beginning. During the welcome meeting, we introduced the timetable of the week and discussed the aims of the planned activities, highlighting the value of collaboration and exchange of good practices.

The workshops and evaluation activities that followed offered participants the opportunity to reflect on previous experiences, exchange ideas, and express their thoughts in a supportive and inspiring environment. There was a strong sense of unity as educators shared challenges, successes, and innovative approaches, realizing how much they could learn from one another despite differences in educational systems and cultures.

Throughout the sessions, the Olympic values of respect, friendship, and excellence were at the heart of every activity. These values guided our interactions and strengthened the bonds between participants, fostering meaningful communication and active participation. This first meeting was not only an important starting point for the project but also a powerful reminder of how international cooperation can inspire educators and enrich school communities across Europe.
