SK24 PSLL BODY Olympic games

Students from Slovakia, Ireland and France started the day with the Opening ceremony of the Olympic games organised at Slovak grammar school. They were divided into team in which they had designed their own T-shirts and flags. They listened to the Olympic anthem, took an olympic oath and watched the rise of their national flags. The programme followed with showing Slovak traditions and culture by funny and interesting way. It was finished by an amazing professional classic dancers and the folklore dance group from PopradVagonár. After the ceremony all students participated in sport activities and fulfilled the tasks. Next, they could watch the Closing ceremony with delivering the olympic medals and the whole day finished with the After Party. Everybody enjoyed the day and had a lot of fun.
Students could experience the atmosphere the real sportsmen feel when they can represent their own country, they felt the pride and learn to take part in situations that the may have never been in. They had to cooperate with each other and work for the team.
